Orlowski is overnight TQ at ETS season opener!

Urbain and Orlowski putting on a show – Völker flips his car early

The second round of Cayote Modified qualifying was another great display for our sport as the drivers had been “spot on” again and delivered RC racing and pure performance on the absolute highest level. Schumacher`s top driver Michal Orlowski started first into the heat with his Elceram and Cayote powered Mi9 seeing Ronald Völker (Mugen Seiki/LRP), Lucas Urbain (Awesomatix/Orca), Marc Rheinard (Awesomatix/Cayote), and Simon Lauter (Awesomatix/ Hobbywing) hunting him down.

It was very close all the time and in lap 6 it was Ronald Völker who flipped his Mugen car on the center curb of the chicane after the straightway. Völker lost a lot of time and immediately stopped his car – bad luck for the Mugen driver

Meanwhile, Orlowski was chasing Urbain who had taken over the lead from Orlowski early in the race. Orlowski switched on the afterburners in the last minute of the race and was able to benefit from a slow penultimate lap (14.053) from Urbain to take the win in Q2 by a gap of half a second. Marc Rheinard was able to recover from his P6 result in Q1 and scored good points with P3 for the round. Simon Lauter finished on a very strong P4 ahead of Xray`s Alexander Hagberg and the Awesomatix of Tim Wahl.

The overnight top ten (counting both runs):

1. Michal Orlowski (POL),

2. Lucas Urbain (FRA),

3. Simon Lauter (GER),

4. Marc Rheinard (GER),

5. Alexander Hagberg (SWE),

6. Patrick Gollner (AUT),

7. Tim Wahl (GER),

8. Berkan Kilic (TUR),

9. Dominic Greiner (GER),

10. Akio Sobue (JPN).
These results will be the base for the third and fourth round of qualifying which will happen tomorrow, and we all know that tings can (and will) still get mixed up a lot….!!!

“Car was GIGA” – Bultynck takes Q2 on used tires

After winning Q1, Ollie Bultynck went onto the driver stand to score another TQ run – on used tires. This was a very important one for Bultynck against his competitors and he is now holding the best cards for the overall TQ in his hands. In the interview after the race, Bultynck said that his `car was GIGA` and that he couldn`t have asked for a better outcome of Q2.

Behind the Awesomatix of Bultynck we saw a very fast Enrico Jung taking second for the round with the current ARC touring car. Jung had an intense battle on track with Lukas Ellerbrock and they both “almost lost it” when they had a small collision running side by side – a clear misunderstanding between them in the heat of the race. But somehow, they both could continue without losing too much time. Jan

Ratheisky and Tim Benson rounded out the top five in Q2 on Friday evening and Helge Johannessen took P6 with his time coming out of the B-heat.

Dutch racer van Gog takes Q2 for Schumacher

Robin van Gog was in control of the second FlySky Frontwheel qualifier in Apeldoorn. The Schumacher driver was very consistent on track and took the round by almost a second from the Xray trio Max Weffers, Nicolas Delisè, and Jacques Libar. Phil Langner (Awesomatix) finished fifth and was followed by Torsten Baggendorf`s ARC.

Q1 winner Roman Borschel had a run to forget and crossed the line in ninth place. It is still all to play for in the FWD class in the remaining two rounds of qualifying which will take place on Saturday morning!

Ehrbar wins CHAOTIC late evening qualifier under the floodlights!

The last round of the day saw again David Ehrbar taking the win ahead of Ronald Arts, Michael van den Berg, and Alexander Stocker. David Ehrbar is now very close to the pole position in Apeldoorn – he can seal it on Saturday.

The run saw many guys crashing into each other and driving into the grass – it was kind of chaotic and we know that our 40+ Masters can do better. We also have our problems with drivers screaming at each other and to the race director and we had some heavy discussion about this at the end of the day. As much as we like to have competition on the track: PLEASE think about your behavior on the drivers stand all the time. You are experienced racers, and you should be a good role model for upcoming racers.

Two out of two for strong driving Berkenbosch

Levi Berkenbosch took full advantage of his first starting position and scored another win in the second round of Hobbywing 21.5 Stock qualifying. Berkenbosch drove a dominant race with his Mugen Seiki car and was six (!) seconds quicker than second placed David Reip (RC Maker), the Xray car of Kristian Jensen, the Mugen of Kai Gerhardt, and Michael Koos. Local hero Berkenbosch is our overall TQ now and he can seal his first ever ETS pole position on Saturday!

Ehrbar is overnight TQ in Apeldoorn

Another heat win from David Ehrbar secured him the overnight TQ in the Matrix Formula class. Andreas Stiebler and Jitse Miedema both pushed really hard to set Ehrbar under pressure, but they had to live with second and third place for the round again. Jacques Libar and Michael Lipperheide rounded out the top 5 and David Ehrbar is now only one run away from sealing the pole position.

Mighty Orlowski jumps to the top in Apeldoorn

Orlowski wins world Q1 in a world-class field of drivers – Völker and Urbain second and third!

Top seed Lucas Urbain broke the official track record in Modified when he ripped a 13.188 (!) into the asphalt in the second lap of the race. His car looked amazing, and he was leading the heat, closely followed by Ronald Völker and Michal Orlowski. David Ronnefalk lost his third spot in the fifth lap of the race when he once drove through the grass dropping down the way to ninth position.

Meanwhile, it was Orlowski who jumped into the lead after the half time of the race. The top three had a close battle for positions within one second all the time and it was just fantastic to see Orlowski (13.347), Völker (13.325), and Urbain going for it. Behind the top three there was a little gap to the rest of the field, and it was Simon Lauter (Awesomatix) and Alexander Hagberg (Xray) who finished fourth and fifth in Q1.

In the last laps of the heat, Orlowski was still leading and Völker was third behind Urbain. Völker then punched his car over the finish line to snatch second place away from Urbain by 0.005 (!) of a second – what a finish of a very intense first round of Cayote Modified qualifying in Apeldoorn. Urbain, Völker, and Orlowski delivered a great show – so did the top 20 of the field!

Behind the top 5 we saw Marc Rheinard, Bruno Coelho, Akio Sobue, Patrick Gollner, and Antoine Brunet making it into the top 10. The second round will be on the line later today and we are already thrilled about it!

Izsay splits the Awesomatix cars on top while Bultynck grabs Q1

The first round of Awesomatix Pro Stock qualifying was super-close in the top 20. Top seed Olivier Bultynck had a great run and was able to stand his ground when he won the round with seven tenths of a second gap to Adam Izsay. It took some minutes until Izsay popped up in second place with his Xray when he was able to get ahead of the Awesomatix rides of third placed max Mächler, and reigning champion Lukas Ellerbrock (fastest lap of the heat 15.738).

Enrico Jung (ARC) had a strong run to fifth for the round and was followed by Jan Ratheisky (Xray), Bart Wubben (Xray), Olav Dahle (Yokomo), Tim Benson (RC Maker), and Martin Hofer (Xray).

Borschel takes FWD Q1 from van Gog and Baggendorf

The FlySky Frontwheel class saw Awesomatix racer Roman Borschel laying down the fastest run onto the tarmac in Apeldoorn. The sun was shining and Borschel executed a perfect qualifying run when he outpaced Robin van Gog (Schumacher) by six tenths of a second. Borschel posted the fastest lap of the run as well with a 19.264 and can be very confident for the rest of the day.

Behind the top two it was Torsten Baggendorf taking third place with his ARC ahead of Jacques Libar (Xray), and last year`s Apeldoorn race winner Nicolas Delisè (Xray).

Arts and Stocker chasing Ehrbar in super-close 40+ Masters Q1

David Ehrbar had a lot of work to do in Q1 of the 1up racing 40+ Masters class. Ronald Arts and Alexander Stocker had been right on pace and challenged Ehrbar for the victory until the very end of the head. After five minutes, Ehrbar (fastest lap 17.226) was four tenths ahead of Arts (17.351) with Stocker (17.431) another couple of tenths behind them. Michael Podeszwa and Michael van den Berg rounded out the top 5 in the first round of qualifying. David Ehrbar looks strong now, but there are some real contenders looking for their chance to beat him!

TQ run for Mugen driver Berkenbosch on home soil

Hometown boy Levi Berkenbosch had a great time on track when he took the win in the first round of Hobbywing 21.5 Stock qualifying. Berkenbosch was the fastest driver on track (fastest lap 17.351) and had a gap of 3.9 seconds over second placed Nadine Zühlke (Xray), and the Mugen of Kai Gerhardt. Last season`s vice champion Kristian Jensen (Xray) and local “old but gold” racer Ben Loojen completed the top five.

Xray`s Ehrbar wins Q1 at ETS season opener!

Being second after practice did not stop David Ehrbar from posting the fastest overall runtime in Q1 of the Matrix Formula class. We saw an excellent run on track as all drivers worked together very well once traffic became an issue. Dutch driver Jitse Miedema (Fenix), who was only sitting P10 after practice, moved his way up to second place overall in the final stages of the run.

Schumacher`s Andreas Stiebler scored a third for the round and the Xray duo of Jacques Libar and Thomas Stenger rounded out the top 5 in Q1.

Under the Hood – David Ronnefalk`s Xray X4`25

Under the Hood – Max Mächler`s Awesomatix A800RR

Upgrade received – the A800RR from Awesomatix

Awesomatix team manager Max Mächler is rocking the new A800RR in the Pro Stock class at ETS RD1 in Apeldoorn. The very successful A800R from Awesomatix received a fine upgrade which further improved the car.

The A800RR includes the newly developed D4 dampers, which allow seamless external switching between linear, semi-progressive and progressive damping modes without the need for a complete damper rebuild.  In addition, a new spool reduces rotating mass and allows the use of identical pulleys for both the differential and spool, optimizing maintenance and performance. Previously only available as optional upgrades, the SPR23-R shock absorbers, AM180EVO2 steering arms and AM23-1 rear control arms are now standard in the kit, improving durability and overall performance of the car.

The newly developed AM278-EVO bulkheads introduced with the SCC steel chassis conversion kit are included as standard in the kit, making the A800RR “steel-ready” for racers looking to upgrade in the future. The new suspension geometry introduced with the A800R platform remains unchanged, but when combined with the newly developed D4 shocks, offers unrivaled adjustability with minimal bolt-on effort.

The car Max is using is equipped with the Awesomatix SCC Steel Chassis Conversion set, C127S-G1 and C127-G1 Topdecks, FSS Steering Set. SB3x5AL Alloy Screws, Awesomatix sample titanium ballstuds, C07RF Carbon Front Bumper Plate, MXLR Front & Rear Body Support, and an MXLR LW Flex Bumper.

Under the Hood – Jacob Cruz`s Mugen Seiki MTC-3

Worlds finalist Cruz makes ETS debut at first visit to Europe

Making the trip to Apeldoorn all the way from California (USA), Jacob Cruz is running Mugen`s new MTC-3 touring car at the AMCA track. Jacob made a big impact onto the scene when he qualified for the A-Main at the 2024 IFMAR worlds in Bakersfield where he was the second fastest Mugen Seiki driver behind Ronald Völker. The ETS in Apeldoorn is the first time for Jacob to travel to Europe and he is really enjoying the trip together with his mum and dad. We are happy to have the Cruz family racing with us this weekend and we hope that they will enjoy their time at the Cayote Euro Touring Series!

The MTC-3 of Jacob Cruz is featuring a new steel chassis from Mugen Seiki which will be available in the future as well to further lower the centre of gravity and to optimize the cars handling on certain track conditions. Jacob has installed a titanium screw set from his US based sponsor 1up Racing (greetings to Randy Caster) as well as a 1up motor cooling fan and fan shroud.

On the electronic side, Jacob is rocking a Hobbywing Combo (4.5T Motor) together with Gens Ace batteries, a Sanwa M17 radio, and the actual Power HD GTS-2 servo. The car is topped by a Speciale body from Xtreme Aerodynamics which is equipped with some state of the art body stiffeners too.

Völker tops Thursday practice in the Netherlands

0

The first day of ETS Season #18 was kind of an up and down journey for everybody. The day started with a dry track and almost one complete round of practice until the on-track action stopped for many hours due to the constant rain falling out of the sky. The rain stopped after 2p.m. and the track was ready to go again at 4p.m.

The ETS crew then decided to stretch the day as long as possible to give everybody two more rounds of practice under the floodlight which is installed all around the track. Two more rounds of practice will follow on Friday morning before we then return to some serious qualifying.

Völker, Orlowski, Urbain, Coelho, and Rheinard – stunning top 5 on first day of Season #18 at AMCA Apeldoorn

The Cayote Modified class saw Mugen Seiki`s Ronald Völker posting the fastest three consecutive laps on the fast and flowing track in Apeldoorn. As the track was finally dry, we saw two very fast rounds of practice on track when the modified drivers went all in to see where they stack up against the others.

Völker`s MTC-3 looked sharp on track, but so did the Schumacher Mi9 of our reigning back-to-back ETS champion Michal Orlowski, and the Awesomatix A800RR of Lucas Urbain. Beside the best three-lap pace, Ronald Völker had the fastest lap of the day to his favor as well with a stunning 13.490.

Inf1nity`s new star driver Bruno Coelho finished fourth for the day which is really good when we keep in mind that they are still running their prototype cars with the complete team. Marc Rheinard completed the top five with his Awesomatix A800RR while Viktor Wilck (Inf1nity), David Ronnefalk (Xray), Alexander Hagberg (Xray), Simon Lauter (Awesomatix), and Jilles Groskamp (Inf1nity) completed the overnight practice top 10.

What will happen tomorrow? Who will be on top of his game when qualifying starts? Many questions ahead of a promising Friday at the first event of the Cayote Euro Touring Series Season #18 2025/26.

The Top 5 after Thursday practice (over 3 consecutive laps)

1. Ronald Völker (DE) 40.567 Mugen Seiki MTC-3|LRP

Awesomatix 1-2 with Bultynck and Mächler ahead of Xray`s Izsay

The Awesomatix Pro Stock class saw Season #16 champion Olivier Bultynck on top of the board. Bultynck was a tenth quicker than his team manager Max Mächler – both rocking the new and updated Awesomatix A800RR platform on track. Xray driver Adam Izsay was third fastest ahead of reigning Pro Stock champion Lukas Ellerbrock (Awesomatix), and Jan Ratheisky. All stock touring cars are now powered by Hobbywing motors and speed controllers and the drivers seem to be very happy with the HW electronics in their cars.

Last year`s race winner on top as Delisè tops day one in Apeldoorn

Nicolas Delisè won his first ETS race at last year`s season opener in Apeldoorn and it seems that he has some good memories to this event. Delisè was the fastest on track after the rain break with his Xray car but was closely followed by the Awesomatix of Roman Borschel and the Schumacher of Robin van Gog. Dominik Reile and Jacques Libar completed the top 5 after a rain interrupted first day of ETS Season #18 2025/26.

Champion Ehrbar under pressure

David Ehrbar had a good day on track with his Xray car. But the reigning champion saw many guys almost matching his pace. Torsten Baggendorf was only a tenth behind Ehrbar and Manuel Stankowitz also looked strong with the Iris car. With Ronald Arts and Alexander Stocker in the top 5 for the day, we can already point out that qualifying will become a close affair in our 1up Racing 40+ Masters class.

Schumacher driver Stiebler clearly the fastest in Apeldoorn

Andreas Stiebler had a very good pace on track with his Schumacher car. He was seven (!) tenths quicker than “the rest of the world” and was followed by Jacques Libar, reigning champion David Ehrbar, season final race winner Thomas Stenger, and Michael Lipperheide. Let`s see if Stiebler can convert his strong pace into a TQ run on Friday…

What the teams expect! Awesomatix ahead of ETS RD1…

0

Will Awesomatix win their first Modified title in Season #18 and can they stay on top of Pro Stock?

Team Awesomatix is one of the most dominant forces at the ETS since many years. After winning the Pro Stock titles for several years in a row, they will be the team to beat in this class. In the Cayote Modified class, the team is still hunting a very first ETS championship title. Let`s hear what some of their team drivers had to say ahead of the new season!

Like always, I am looking forward for another season of the ETS. This year`s round one in Apeldoorn looks like a next level field of drivers as we are missing none of the world’s top drivers there. I aim for a podium position there and will use the days before the event to practice and test some things. The track in Apeldoorn is always nice to drive on and very good for racing – we all can expect a great show!
Marc Rheinard (GER)

Basically, it is explained quite simply: I am of course looking forward to the new season and I am excited to see what happens in Modified. The big topic will of course be the return of Bruno and Infinity and whether anyone can break Michal’s dominance. For me personally, Apeldoorn will most likely be a difficult race, just like last time. I think this is where I’m most behind in training compared to the rest of the field, so I need to find my rhythm there as quickly as possible so that I’m at least in a position for s spot in the A-Main.
Simon Lauter (GER)

I was among the few who attended the TOS in Apeldoorn during the first weekend of May, and it turned out to be valuable track time. I plan to go back once more for further testing and fine-tuning as Apeldoorn really is a great testing ground – and also probably my favourite track ever –  but already I feel confident that my package is heading in the right direction.
I am in the same frame of mind I was 2 years ago – just before the switch to the D36 Matrix – very much on top of things and with an answer for whatever the track conditions throw at me. Back then the change of tire was a bit of a reset for everyone and although a very much welcome change it took me a while to fully adjust to it and understand how to extract the most out of them.
We’ve recently released an update for our platform with the A800RR, nothing major, just some quality-of-life improvements but I am attending the race with super fresh equipment which is always a good morale boost. ORCA has been very active to provide me with a few valuable updates since the last ETS visit in Apeldoorn – new motor and firmware – and lots of progress have been made on that front.
Needless to say, I have a lot of trust in my package and with the level of competition this year, which is as high as I can remember, it will definitely be put to the test. My objective is to be in the fight for the win, and I’d be disappointed if I’m not in contention at some point during the event.
Lucas Urbain (FR)

Apeldoorn will be like always a blast! It’s one of the best tracks in the world which makes racing fun and intense. I suspect we will see close battles across all classes. During the TOS and the practice there, we saw very small margins between the drivers. The new Hobbywing Electronics worked awesome during the first outing and should level everything pretty well!
Max Mächler (GER)

I’m very excited for Apeldoorn, as it’s always a pleasure to drive in that beautiful track. It might not be the trickiest one, but it’s a great challenge to really nail the 5 minutes. It’s also great to have a record attendance for an outdoor ETS, so as usual the competition will be very strong with a lot of guys having a chance to win. Personally I feel ready for the fight, as I won there last year and had some great races in the last months. I am really looking forward to race outdoors again. We are going to debut our new A800RR at this race and I’m already looking forward to run the new car which got some improvements in various areas to extract even more performance.
Lukas Ellerbrock (GER)

I am really looking forward to the season opener in Apeldoorn. With a fully booked event the competition will be as always on world class level. The  races will be intense and I hope for the best possible result for the team and myself!
Eric Dankel (GER)

Really looking forward to starting the season at the awesome Apeldoorn track. New challenges with the new Hobbywing combo and the new Awesomatix A800RR. Also looks like it’s gonna be a super high-level field to battle with for the win. The Team is working hard behind the scenes and testing some things! We are going to be ready as a Team like always!
Olivier Bultynck (BEL)

Super happy and excited to be back! The last outdoor ETS I Raced myself was Apeldoorn in 2021, so it felt like the right moment to step back on the ETS driverstand. Overall I‘m a Huge fan of Apeldoorn. Fast Layout, Banked corners and high traction is just an awesome combiantion for Modified Racing! Additionallly to this I expect a super high Level of Racing, since we will see the strongest ETS Field since many many years.
Even I did Not Race this Track since over 4 years I super confident to get back into the mix. With the A800RR we will bring our newest horse to Apeldoorn. We could already see the potential of the A800R Platform last season. Together with the Team we developed an incredible base, from which I can benefit now as well. Beside the car, it will be the first time with my new Hobbywing power Package. Within the RC world it’s Not that unusual to change Sponsors over the years, but After more then 13 years with ORCA as one of my main Sponsors it Feels like a whole new chapter. Had some days of practice within the last weeks, which made me confident since I felt pretty good for First lap on. Beside my own view and maybe more important to me was the fact that I will join the Same Overall Package Like Simon.
Car wise we were able to Combine our force, Knowledge and Tracktime within the last years, which for sure gave us a tangible advantage. By using the Same powerpackage we want to extent this advantage.
So Overall i Really Looking forward to Next weekend, even it will be super busy since I will Contiue to do my „new role“ as a mechanic/support as well.

What the teams expect! Schumacher ahead of ETS RD1…

Can Schumacher`s Michal Orlowski defend his ETS title for a second time in a row to win a third consecutive championship?

The last season was a confirmation of Schumacher`s very successful work with the team around Michal Orlowski, Andy Murray, Mattia Collina, and everybody else who was involved in a very dominant season where Orlowski won ALL five races from pole pisition. We asked some of the Schumacher drivers ahead of the season opener in Apeldoorn about their feelings and their preperation for the new campaing!

I am overly excited to start another season of ETS and Apeldoorn is the perfect place for that. We have been working extremely hard with the whole team to bring the best package possible to Netherlands, as the field will be as strong as ever. The ETS overall championship will be just like a World championship, but in a proper format of multiple events at different locations, not just a single event.
Michal Orlowski (PL)

Our Schumacher team and I are as excited as ever to get going at the new ETS season with our Mi9, Icon2 Worlds and new for this season the FT9 Fwd chassis. After some extremely close competition in the previous few rounds particularly, I expect it to be highly competitive but probably even more exciting and enjoyable than ever. I hope our Schumacher team can raise up the ranks in the very competitive stock touring classes this season. We will certainly try our best.
Andy Murray (GB)

The last time I raced in Apeldoorn was two years ago, at the beginning of the MI9 project. It wasn’t a great race for me, with quite a few mistakes on my part, so the challenge this year is to do better. It’s always exciting to compete in such a high-level championship, and this season is even more motivating thanks to the presence of new teams and platforms raising the level of competition. As Team Schumacher, our clear goal is to put Michal in the best position to fight for his third consecutive ETS title.

Mugen Seiki aims for championship contention with new MTC-3 touring car platform!

Mugen Seiki saw a clear upwards trend at the end of last season when their new MTC-3 won two Pro Stock races and found his way back onto the modified podium. The team will hit Apeldoorn in (almost) full force and everybody is excited to see how they have used the break to prepare for the new season. While customers are still waiting for their MTC-3 car kits, the MTC-3 is showing that the wait should be worth it!

First of all, I would like to say that it is absolutely great to see so many participants at the ETS. The last few races have been well attended and that seems to be continuing now outdoors. It’s just fantastic to see the ETS going so well and I’m sure this will boost the whole RC scene.
I’m also very pleased that the MTC-3 kits will be arriving in Europe in the next few weeks. I know the car has come a long way, but I’m sure customers will be happy with it. It is still a big challenge for Mugen Seiki to keep up with the super-fast moving 1/10th scale electric market, which is completely different from the nitro racing scene that has been Mugen Seiki’s core competence in the past.
At the end of last season, our top stock driver Sören Sparbier achieved great results when he simply drove amazingly well. I hope he can keep this momentum going in 2025. Due to a family commitment, we won’t have him with us in Apeldoorn, but he will be back on track with us in Aigen. Sören’s results have already shown that our car is not only good in the Modified class and we hope that we can convince many stock drivers to buy the MTC-3.
Last but not least, I hope that we will have a great season with our top driver Ronald Völker. He has a good feeling with the MTC-3 and we will do our best to fight for victories at the sharp end of the competition!
Robert Pietsch (GER)

We have had great testing lately prior to the first ETS race of the new season in Apeldoorn. This track is one of my alltime favourites and so much fun to drive on. The event will see an incredible competition and with the high amount of entries its gonna be unforgettable!
Ronald Völker (GER)

I think next ETS in Apeldoorn will be one of the most exciting ETS race in history as the field of drivers and their level is extremely high. I expect very close racing to get in the top 10 and I’m sure that a mistake, even the smallest one, will cost a lot for anyone! I’m super motivated, same as the whole Mugen Seiki team, as the brand-new car MTC3 is showing great speed each time she hits the ground. Let’s see what will happen in Apeldoorn.
Remi Callens (FR)

Due to a very important family appointment I will sadly miss the season opener in Apeldoorn, However, I am sure that the team will do extremeley well there as our new MTC-3 is unbelievable. I will try to do all the remaining four races of the season and I hope to still have a shot to battle with the other Pro Stock top drivers for the title. It will not be easy but I think I am in a real good form now and will give my very best for a top result. I wish everybody a lot of fun and great races in Apeldoorn – I will watch the show from home!
Sören Sparbier (GER)

What I expect from the season opener in Apeldoorn is an overall amazing experience for myself and my family. It will be my first race in Europe which makes it special right from the start of the trip. I strongly feel this race will be a major test as a driver since the field of drivers would be at the absolute best. I feel like our team will be strong at ETS and we will gather immense information from our new Mugen MTC-3 platform. I’m super pumped to work, learn and spend time with Ronald and Robert again. Also, can’t wait to see my friends and meet new ones as well.

I’m really looking forward to the new season starting in Apeldoorn. can’t wait to see my new teammates and friends again. unbelievable number of starters that are currently named. top riders from all over the world, mega to be able to compete with the best. I’m expecting a close race top 10 would be a mega result when you read who’s on the list! I’m very lucky to be part of team Mugen. I’ve only been here for a short time, but I’ve been welcomed warmly and with joy. there’s a good harmony in our team, and the team spirit and helpfulness are incredibly strong! We have a very strong basis with our new MTC3, thanks to Robert Pietsch, and have certainly not yet realised our full potential, but you can see that we are very strong! (see Sören and Völker).

The ETS race in Apeldoorn will be my first time on asphalt, so it will be a new challenge for sure. My goal will of course be the A-Main but as I have no experience yet, it will be a weekend to learn and I will do my best. I have never been in Apeldoorn there before but all I have seen on pictures and videos looks super nice. The last ETS in Wiener Neustadt was the first time I raced modified and the weekend was a lot of fun, I got to know a lot of people and I am still very grateful that Ronald and Robert supported me so much. Let`s bring the heat!
