Urbain takes last round of qualifying in Apeldoorn

Coelho jumps to third on the grid in Q4 to start behind Urbain and TQ Orlowski

Awesomatix driver Lucas Urbain finally got everything together and took his first TQ run of the weekend away form Q4. He was 1.6 seconds ahead of Inf1nity`s Bruno Coelho, and Mugen Seiki`s Ronald Völker at the end of the run. Michal Orlowski finished fourth and Eric Dankel (Awesomatix) completed the top 5.

With the result from Q4, Bruno Coelho was able to move up to third on the grid ahead of Ronald Völker and Marc Rheinard. Thrilling finals with an outstanding driver line-up are ahead of us and the crowd is already thrilled to watch A1 on Saturday evening!

TQ Bultynck sweeps qualifying in Apeldoorn – can anybody challenge him in the finals?

Having already secured pole position did not slow Olivier Bultynck down in the last round of Awesomatix Pro Stock qualifying. He took another impressive win ahead of Xray`s Adam Izsay, Lukas Ellerbrock (Awesomatix), Tim Benson (RC maker), and Martin Hofer (Xray).  Bultynck will be hard to beat in the finals but his competitors will try to make life as hard as possible for him!

Locked in –  pole position for van Gog Apeldoorn

Robin van Gog has secured the sweet spot on the grid of the FlySky FWD class. The Schumacher driver was nine tenths of a second faster than Xray`s Max Weffers, and the Awesomatix car of Roman Borschel. Jacques Libar and Phil Langner made it into the top five of Q4 as well.

Ehrbar holds off Stocker to start from pole position

David Ehrbar is the top qualifier in our 1up racing 40+ Masters class. Ehrbar had to show his best driving to win the deciding last qualifier by seven hundreds (!) of a second in front of Alexander Stocker. Both drivers had a very similar pace, and the triple finals will be thrilling for sure. Mirco Thalheimer had a great last run to third for the round and was followed by Michael Podeszwa and Mathias Domig.

Jensen takes the last round to line up second on the grid

Danish racer Kristian Jensen won the last qualifier of the 21.5 Stock class ahead of Nadine Zühlke and Kai Gerhardt. The result brought him to second on the grid from where he will try to challenge top qualifier Levi Berkenbosch.

Stiebler takes last F1 qualifier to line up third on the grid behind Miedema and TQ Ehrbar

In the last round of Matrix Formula qualifying, all eyes had been on Ehrbar and Miedema and the fight for TQ. But it was Andreas Stiebler with his Schumacher car who could post a strong TQ run ahead of Thomas Stenger and Martin Hudy. The mixed-up result was enough for Ehrbar to celebrate another ETS pole position in the Formula class.
