Urbain and Izsay starting 2nd and 3rd behind top qualifier Orlowski

Matrix Modified

The last Matrix Modified qualifying heat was an important one for many drivers. Orlowski was already TQ, but he did not slow down and made it a clean sweep with four out of four. Lucas Urbain was very close to Orlowski and scored an important second place which let him now line up right behind his championship rival. Marc Rheinard and Ronald Völker finished third and fourth for the round. Rheinard will start from P4 into the finals and Völker made the A-Main in the last minute to take P6 on the grid.

Adam Izsay was fifth in Q4 and his Xray car will roll into the starting box with number three on the grid. A fantastic result for a driver who just decided to start in Modified here as well (beside FWD and Pro Stock) when he was already on his way to the race. Awesomatix factory driver Simon Lauter achieved his best qualifying result in the Modified class so far with an excellent fifth position.

Awesomatix Pro Stock

Mugen`s Sparbier takes final Pro Stock qualifier and will line-up third behind Bultynck and Izsay

In the last round of Pro Stock qualifying, the overall TQ was up for grabs. Ollie Bultynck (Awesomatix) was able to seal the TQ without winning the last heat as Xray`s Adam Izsay had to settle for second spot behind surprise Q4 winner Sören Sparbier (Mugen Seiki). The A-Main grid will now see top qualifier Olivier Bultynck on pole, followed by Adam Izsay, Sören Sparbier, Lukas Ellerbrock, Jan Ratheisky, Louis Kretschmer, Enrico Jung, Tobias Sutrich, Meik Niemann, and Patrick Danielsen

Hobbywing Frontwheel

Borschel wins Q4 to take second on a stacked FWD grid

The last round of Hobbywing Frontwheel qualifying was in teh hands of Roman Borschel. The former ETS race winner was very fast in the second fastest group and set a time which nobody could beat in the top heat afterwards. Adam Izsay mada a huge mistake in lap 18 of the top heat dropping down to the end of the field. But as he already had the TQ in the bag after Q3, he could easily suffer from that issue. Mark Valent, Phil Langner, Benjamin Elbisser, and Frederik Hovgaard scored good points which let them made it into the A-Main as well.

1up Racing 40+ Masters

Kölbel and Dinger to start behind top qualifier Ehrbar

René Kölbel had a great run in the last round of 1up Racing 40+ Masters qualifying. He was in a close fight with TQ Ehrbar all the time and took second for the round – a result that moved him to P2 on the starting grid ahead of Ulrich Dinger, Andreas Myrberg, and Caspar Morgen. The triple A-Mains will see the Xray duo starting from the front row, followed by the Awesomatix of Dinger and the Iris of Myrberg.

Orca 21.5 Stock

Langner steals TQ from Bergheim in deciding Q4

The fight for the ETS championship title in the Orca 21.5 Stock class is getting hotter and hotter. Phil Langner was able to win the last round of qualifying which puts him on top of the field in the last minute. Tristan Bergheim will start right behind him and we can expect some great final races between these two young guns. Jonas Wiese, Florian Müller, and Jan Gehrig completed the top five on the grid.
