today we reached the mark of 240 entries for the first indoor race of ETS Season #15 2022/23. We are really overwhelmed by this number as no other racing series in europe can show these figures right now! Now, we have to make sure that there will be enough pit space available to accept even more entries. You can still sign up for the race, but we will keep your entry on the waiting list until we are sure that we can create enough places in the pits.
So, if you place your entry now – it is not 100% guaranteed!
We will try everything we can to get all drivers in so stay tuned and don`t stop to place your entries as that will help us to get an even better feeling for the amount of space we need.
After our last ETS race in Luxembourg, Pro Stock top driver Lukas Ellerbrock announced his departure from long-term chassis sponsor Xray. Ellerbrock had a successfull stint with the Slovakian manufacturer over the last five years. He was able to establish himself in in the top group of Pro Stock drivers at the Euro Touring Series and had some amazing results with P3 in Apeldoorn (Season #14) being his best ETS carreer finish so far.
Lukas announced his departure on his social media after the Luxembourg ETS with the following statement:
I like to announce, that after more than 5 years this was my last race with XRAY. Huge thanks to Martin Hudy for all the support and help throughout the years, it was always nice to work together. A great time comes to an end but I am already excited for the next chapter!

The fifth round of the actual ETS Season #15 2022/23 will take place in the Trans World Hotel Auefeld in Hann. Münden, GER from 25th to 27th of November 2022. It is the first indoor race of the actual season and as we are going to a new location we are full of excitement and we hope for a huge turnout. with the very challenging times the world is facing with the cost of everything increasing especially heating and electricity at the hotel venues, it has been a struggle for us to find locations to host the indoor portion of the ETS Season. 3-day event in the middle of Germany
ETS RD5 will take place in Hann. Münden, GER from 25th to 27th of November 2022. The city of Hann. Münden is located 200km north-east bound of Frankfurt (closest Airport), and is not far away from Göttingen where we hosted an EOS race at the beginning of the year. We will organize the event together with the RC Car Team Münden (RCCT Münden) around our well-known ETS racers Kevin and Sören Sparbier. They also had been a very important part of getting connected to the location where we will race and we like to thank them a lot for their effort.
ETS RD5 will take place in the Trans World Hotel Auefeld Hann. Münden, which is a wonderful place to stay. The Hotel features huge hall, which is normally in use for different events and conferences. We will built up a our carpet track in the sports hall and we are very excited to get the indoor side of the ETS rolling again.
As mentioned before, we will run ETS RD5 as a 3-day event. Many of you have asked for this over the past few months and we think this the perfect time to do it. The goal of moving the race to a 3 day event is to help control the cost needed for the ETS family to attend the race. We all know the cost of daily life has increased so much that our hope is this change helps everyone save some money as it is 1 less hotel day, 1 less day vacation and just less stress trying to make it possible for our family to attend the event.

Adjustment of the Entry Fee
As we have mentioned earlier in this announcement, cost of daily life is higher than most of us have ever experienced in our life time and this brings many challenges to us in organizing events for the ETS. All of our cost to organize the ETS have drastically increased and that brings us to where we are now. As you know, me and Uwe have built up the ETS from the eyes of the racers. Always trying to look at things through your eyes and this includes the entry fee. The entry fee for ETS has not changed in over 10 years, which if you really think about it, with all the changes in life over the past decade it is something we are very proud of and have worked very hard to maintain. Unfortunately time has come that it has to change to ensure we can continue to bring all of you the best racing series in the World. As we move forward with the ETS, entry fee will be changed to 90 Euros. This is what it will take for us to continue to give you all the best possible series we can organize. Entry will still include a race T-shirt at your first ETS of the season as well as 1 set of tires per event and our hope is that our ETS family can understand our situation. This is not something we want to do but if we want to continue with the ETS, it is our only option.
All of us on the ETS team thank you for 15 years of unforgettable racing and we look forward to keeping the tradition of the ETS Series rolling on for many more years.

The third round of the Euro Touring Series in Andernach (Arena33) was another amazing ETS event. At every race, there are some things to talk about afterwards, and here are the 5 things we learned from ETS RD3 at Arena33…

1) Urbain showed that hard work pays off at one time
Hard work always pays off. What sounds like a common saying is reality. And Lucas Urbain has underlined this in bold in Luxembourg at ETS RD4. Lucas is one of the most experienced ETS top drivers and one of the best when it comes to perfect car preparation. He is always trying to find that last tenths in his car as he simply is a very passionate RC racer. Since he switched brands to Awesomatix some years ago, his career has been on a steep uphill climb with constant A-Main appearances and some podium finishes too. But winning an ETS race in the modified class against drivers like Rheinard, Völker, Coelho, and others did not seem to be granted to him. Lucas never stopped believing and working hard for this dream to come true and now it was time for him to win on a track he knows very-well. He finished fourth at the last ETS in Luxembourg (2016) running for VBC. Now he was just flying with his Awesomatix A800MMX and it was easy to see that he was full of confidence on the track. He has broken the track record (hot lap AND overall runtime) for 1:10 scale touring cars last weekend and it was great to finally see Lucas on the top step of the podium – chapeau monsieur!
2) A2 is the most important race of the weekend
Well, that may not be set in stone but when we look at the results there is something to it! All winners had been decided after the second round of A-Main in Luxembourg. We have seen that at many ETS races in the past as well, and this weekend it happened again. Five out of six classes saw the race winner starting from pole position (Urbain, Lauter, Mateo, Schulz, Ratheisky). Only Dominik Reile was not able to convert his pole position into overall victory in the Orca 17.5 Stock class, but third place starter Kevin Schmid stepped into his role and took the win in the first two A-Mains to seal the deal. In one of our last “5 things we learned” report we mentioned the importance of qualifying and the pole position as we noticed a very high quote of race winners are starting from the TQ spot. Now it is also clear, that most of our ETS races are already decided after the second A-Main. Let`s see if this trend will continue during the next rounds or racing at the Euro Touring Series!
3)Pole Position is actually not a good omen in the Orca 17.5 Stock class
Another statistic 😊 It is not really a trend but the last two races in the Orca 17.5 Stock class were not won from first on the grid. Jasmin Donath won from third on the grid at Arena33 in Andernach, and Kevin Schmid was able to win from second place now in Luxembourg. We can be sure that everybody will watch the TQ of the Orca 17.5 Stock class during the next races and we hope that this report will not create too much pressure in advance 😊
4) Practice makes perfect
Not only Lucas Urbain has shown that racing on home soil can be a benefit. We saw a lot of drivers from the LMCC Luxembourg doing a bit better that at most of the other races we see them on track. The Mini Circuit “Vile de Luxembourg” is technical, and fast track at the same moment and it requires a lot of confidence to fully “send” the car into the difficult sections and corners of the track. Luka Jovicic finished on a very strong second place in the Formula class and told us that driving thousands of laps on the track had helped him a lot to achieve this result. Jacques Libar also knows the track better than every other track he has ever visited. Jacques took third overall in the Hobbywing Frontwheel class, and he made the A-Main of the Awesomatix Pro Stock class for the very first time. Joe Streff made the A-Main in the ToniSport 40+ Masters class at his first race in 2022 without any practice. But as he also knows the track since the very first days he felt like driving in his living room. So, whenever you will have a bigger race coming up on your home track: practice, practice, practice, and don`t make yourself too much pressure in the days before the event!
5) Elevation changes are MEGA
“Just amazing” – “Unbelievable” – “So much fun to drive” – “ I can not understand why I have never been here before” – “This is the best track I have ever seen” Just some of the words we have heard during ETS RD4 in Luxembourg. You could see it on the pictures, in our track check video, and in the livestream and in our Qualifying and A-Main videos. The right side of the LMCC track is full of elevation changes and the “Laguna Seca” section was the most difficult, and spectacular section all weekend long. Every driver who had never been in Luxembourg before was full of enthusiasm after the first packs on track and this feeling didn`t stop until the end of the race on Sunday. With a lot of 1:10 scale onroad tracks are absolutely flat, the track in Luxembourg is quite the opposite and features bankings and elevation changes everywhere. The asphalt itself has almost no bumps and this combination makes the track “very racy” with a lot of spots for overtaking. If you have never been in Luxembourg until now – GO FOR IT. Even when it`s just for a practice weekend, we can guarantee you a lot of fun there!
Since the start of ETS Season #15 2022/23, we are giving some “special” awards to persons and drivers who have attracted attention during our races. This is a way to highlight them, and to show everybody what the ETS is all about. It is not only a highly competitive racing series, but also a family which is enjoying their events together. A lot of talents have grown up in the Euro Touring Series and have made their way up to the top level of our sport. Here are our special award winners from ETS RD4 in Luxembourg:
“YOUNGEST RACER”
This is the newest award at the ETS, and we gave it away for the very first time. Lucas Ott from Germany received it during the trophy presentation, and he was so happy about getting this award at his first ever ETS race. He was in Luxembourg together with his father, Sascha Ott, and he raced in the Orca 17.5 Stock class where he finished 24th overall. The 11-year-old drove really good and had a lot of fun with his beautiful “Sonic” airbrush body shell from Brush PRC on the track. His father Sascha watched all the races from the side-line and was proud to see his son doing so well in the Mini Circuit “Ville de Luxembourg”. We hope to see Lucas and Sascha at many more races in the future!
“SPIRIT OF THE EVENT”
The award went to Abidallah Al-fihan and Mihai Iancu from Romania. They travelled to Luxembourg all the way from Bukarest, the capitol or their home country Romania. It was a long drive of 2000 km (!) one way for them, and they enjoyed the weekend at ETS RD4 a lot. Abidallah raced in the Matrix Modified class (22nd), and Mihai participated in the Hobbywing Frontwheel class (20th). We are very proud that there are people all around Europe traveling to our races, especially when it is such a big distance. The “Spirit of the Event” award is our way to say THANK YOU to Abidallah and Mihai for coming to the ETS all the way from Bukarest!
“ONE TO WATCH”
Benjamin Elbisser was “one to watch” for sure in Luxembourg. He is getting better and better from race to race and was racing in the Matrix Modified, and Awesomatix Pro Stock class at ETS RD4. Together with his father he is working hard to improve, and he finished 14th overall in the Pro Stock class in Luxembourg. His result in Modified was even more impressive as Benjamin was able to bump up from the B-Main into the A-Main. He started and finished in 11th place which was a great result for him. We will watch Benjamin progressing in the future and we are happy to have him together with his father in our ETS family!
ETS RD4 is a wrap, and the trophy ceremony is also done here in Luxembourg at the fourth round of ETS Season #15 2022/23. The ETS crew would like to thank all drivers for coming, and especially the LMCC Luxembourg for hosting us in a great way – THANK YOU! The decisions for the overall victories in all our six racing classes had been on the line on Sunday morning where the second and third leg of finals was scheduled. Matrix Modified
Awesomatix driver Urbain wins ETS RD4 in Luxembourg
A2 – The second A-Main of the Matrix Modified class started with a little shock moment as Lucas Urbain (Awesomatix) had a bad start off the line with his Awesomatix A800MMX. He lost some tenths of a second due to this and Rheinard (Awesomatix) was right on his tail. The field approached the first chicane very closely and somehow Rheinard`s car was getting out of shape and touched Völker`s Mugen ride. Völker dropped back to P5 while Rheinard stayed in second. Völker immediately overtook the car in front of him and was back to P4 in the first lap. But after another unlucky collision in front of Völker, he had to retire his car after the second lap of the trace. Meanwhile, Urbain was leading the race but also had some trouble when his car got loose in the second lap at the entry of the chicane. That little power slide allowed Rheinard to close again, and we saw a nice fight for the lead until the last minute of the race. Rheinard pushed hard to stay in striking distance do Urbain who looked strong for the rest of the run again. After 3:30 minutes, Rheinard was too close to the curbing in the Laguna Seca uphill section and his car ended in the barriers. Rheinard`s race was done. That was a big break for Lucas in the front who was able to take the win in A2 and his first overall victory at the ETS. Yannic Prümper (Yokomo) and Robert Pietsch (Mugen Seiki) took second and third place in A2 with Michele Manzo and Jan Ratheisky completing the top 5. Lucas Urbain got a lot of applause and hugs when he was coming down the drivers stand and he was really happy and emotional right after the race. Congratulations for your first ETS win Lucas, you did amazingly well!
In the minutes after the race, Patrick Beck had the chance to talk to race winner Lucas Urbain:
Wow I am feeling amazing right now. The second final was a huge challenge as I didn`t get off the line as expected. My car missed a little traction in the first laps, maybe the tires had been a little too cold or so. That also was the reason why I had that little slide in the second lap which allowed Marc to come closer again. But after the first laps, my tires started to work, and I was able to control the race. I noticed that Marc was pushing very hard behind me and when he rolled his car after three and a half minutes, the pressure was gone. In the last minute of the run my gap was huge and I started to think about my possible first ever ETS win. It was very emotional and not easy to bring it home but, in the end, I got the job done and I am super happy as it is the greatest achievement in my whole RC career until now. I like to thank all my sponsors for their current support – without you that would not have happened!
Lucas Urbain (FR) Awesomatix/Orca
A3 – Lucas Urbain watched the last A-Main from the side line and saw Marc Rheinard taking the win from first on the grid. Rheinard won A3 ahead of Ronald Völker and both drivers joined race winner Urbain on the Matrix Modified podium. Yannic Prümper finished fourth overall ahead of jan Ratheisky in fifth. It was a great day of modified racing and we have another driver in the circle of ETS winners with Lucas Urbain now!

Lauter to step on the top spot of the Pro Stock podium
A2 – Simon Lauter took another win in the second A-Main of the Awesomatix Pro Stock class. He had a perfect start on used tires and was driving without any mistake during the entire run. Second place starter Olivier Bultynck was running right behind Lauter but could not ride any serious attacks on Lauter`s A800MMX. The leading duo pulled away from the rest of the field and behind them we saw a thrilling fight for the positions between Max Mächler, Louis Kretschmer, Jan Ratheisky, and Frederik Mikkelsen. But in the end, nobody was able to overtake anybody and as these amazing drivers just made no mistakes, they finished in the same order they lined up on the grid. With his win in A2, Simon Lauter will walk away from Luxembourg with maximum points for the overall championship. The fight for second and third will come down to A3.
Simon Lauter had the following words for our media team:
My whole weekend was very good. I have never been here before and like to highlight the track at first. It is pure enjoyment to race on the Mini Circuit “Ville de Luxembourg” and I can only recommend this location here. My car worked perfect all weekend long. Qualifying was a close affair and I have never seen so many super close results on a track which is so demanding on the driving side. I like to send greetings to Tim Choice (Wahl) who could not be with us this weekend. He prepared our team very well in the last months and we are all benefiting from that. Now, time to prepare for the Indoor season!
Simon Lauter (DE) Awesomatix/LRP
A3 – The last A-Main of the Awesomatix Pro Stock class was a close fight between Max Mächler, Olivier Bultynck, Jan Ratheisky, and Louis Kretschmer. Max was able to get into the lead in the middle of the race and took the win to secure second overall. With Bultynck in third place overall, it is a complete podium lockout for the Awesomatix team in the Pro Stock class. Jan Ratheisky (Xray) finished fourth, and Lous Kretschmer in fifth position!

Masterclass from Schulz as he takes overall victory in Luxembourg
A2 – Stefan Schulz took the win in the first A-Main of the Hobbywing Frontwheel class. And with the start of the second final, there was no doubt that he would win the event. His Xray car looked amazingly fast on track and Stefan`s driving was absolutely on point as well. A combination which was just impossible to beat for the rest of the field. Stefan drove a perfect final in A2 and took the win with a massive gap of 8.6 (!) seconds from Jacques Libar and Roman Borschel. Right behind the top 3, a nice and close fight for fourth place was going on between Kevin Sparbier, Steven Olsen, Sören Sparbier, and Max Weffers. Kevin Sparbier had the best outcome and took fourth in A2.
Stefan Schulz was delighted after A2 and said:
My Xray X4F was unreal. It felt as good as never before and I am more than happy with my performance. I didn`t make one single mistake all weekend long and that is something I am always happy about because it is the key for good results. The track here in Luxembourg was maximum fun to drive on, and I like to thank everybody for the great racing action in the FWD class.
Stefan Schulz (DE) Xray
A3 – The third A-Mainwas another great show of FWD racing – this time between Jacques Libar and Steven Olsen. Steven was able to take the win the race in the last corner (Laguna Seca) before the timing loop to snatch away second overall from Libar. They both shared the podium with race winner Stefan Schulz as Roman Borschel and Kevin Sparbier completed the top 5.

Schmid becomes another first time ETS race winner in Season #15
A2 – For some unexpected reasons, Dominik Reile had another very bad first lap. This time he made a mistake in the down slope of the Laguna Seca and drove through the grass. Kevin Schmid and Jasmin Donath passed by and took the leading positions in A2. But as Jasmin Donath also made a costly mistake, she had to retire from the race and it was kind of “Merry Christmas” for Kevin Schmid out front. He took the win with 6.4 seconds ahead of sixth place starter Daniel Pöhlmann, and Joshua Winkler. Dominik Reile was not able to recover from his first lap trouble and finished only eight this time.
It was the first win for Kevin Schmid at the ETS, and he was almost speechless when our reporter asked him about his feelings:
I am feeling fantastic right now and I have never had so many emotions in my whole life, I think. My race was good, and after Dominik made the mistake in lap one, I was lucky and took the lead. But once I had that massive gap to the others, I started to think and tried to make no mistakes. I was starting to tremble, and it was kind of standing on top of a huge waterfall looking all the way down into nowhere. I like to thank all my supporters, especially Simon Lauter who is always there for me during race weekends. I am still speechless and can`t believe that I have won an ETS race!
Kevin Schmid (DE) Awesomatix
A3 – The last A-Main of the Orca 17.5 Stock class went to Joshua Winkler. He had a brilliant drive and was able to pass Dominik Reile in the last lap of the race. A very important result for Winkler which brought him up to P2 on the podium in the end. Jasmin Donath will step on the last spot of the podium in third place while TQ Dominik Reile had to settle for fourth overall here at ETS RD4 in Luxembourg.

Mateo from Gran Canaria wins Masters class at Mini Circuit “Ville de Luxembourg”
A2 – Toni Mateo has strong nerves. That is nothing new for us, but he proofed it again in the second A-Main of the ToniSport 40+ Masters class. Right after the start, Manuel Stankowitz started to hunt Mateo down and was in striking distance for the entire race. It finally was not enough for Stankowitz who pushed too hard in the last lap, allowing Ullrich Dinger to take second place. Toni Mateo made no mistake out front and brought home a well-deserved win in the ToniSport 40+ Masters class.
A visibly freezing Toni Mateo told us after A2:
I had a bad start again. I need to get better on this as I had a lot of bad starts this season and I don`t know why. But luckily, I could defend my position against Ulrich (Dinger) and Manuel (Stankowitz) who looked slightly faster than me. It was a great weekend here in Luxembourg, but now I am looking forward to fly back to Gran Canaria where sunny weather is waiting for me 😊.
Toni Mateo (ES) Awesomatix
A3 – With race winner Toni Mateo watching the last A-Main from the side line, it was Manuel Stankowitz who took advantage of a clear track in front of him. Manuel drove a solid race and his gap over second placed Ulrich Dinger was 0.7 seconds as they crossed the finish line. With the results from A3, Stankowitz and Dinger joined Mateo on the podium of the ToniSport 40+ Masters class at ETS RD4 in Apeldoorn.

Ratheisky crowns perfect weekend with winning the Formula class
A2 – The second A-Main of the Scorpion Formula class was another show of beautiful Formula racing at the front. Ratheisky brought the field around the first corners from his pole position and was able to maintain this place until the end of the run. Andreas Stiebler found a way by second place starter Luka Jovicic and started to close the gap to Jan Ratheisky. Over the finish line, they only had been separated by 0.3 seconds, but it was enough for Jan to seal the overall victory in Luxembourg.
Jan had the following statement for us:
I really enjoyed racing in the Formula class and I like that the competition got closer since we are running with the foam tires. My weekend was good and I always tried to make no mistakes with Luka and Andreas right behind me. Congratulations to them for their results here in Luxembourg. See you at the next one!
Jan Ratheisky (DE) Xray/Nosram
A3 – Luka Jovicic won the third and last A-Main of the Scorpion Formula class. A great result on his home track, which earned him second place overall behind 2018 world champion Jan Ratheisky and 2022 world champion Andreas Stiebler. Luka Jovicic was showing great driving all weekend long on his home track and P2 is a well-deserved result for him. Andreas Stiebler takes third on the podium just one week after the biggest win of his RC career (world champion in Italy).

The outdoor season has come to an end now, and we had soma amazing events going on in Apeldoorn, Aigen-Schlägl, Andernach, and Luxembourg. We are in the closing stages of talking with some facilities for indoor events in the winter season and we will let you know very soon where and when ETS RD5 and RD6 will take place. After a beautiful day of ETS racing, the first complete round of finals was scheduled for Saturday afternoon. We saw a lot of great races, smiling bump up drivers, and proud A-Main winners. Halfway there as Urbain takes impressive win in A1
At the sound of the tone, we saw Lucas Urbain bringing the field around the first corners and he quickly was able to slightly pull away from Marc Rheinard and Ronald Völker. In the first lap, Ronald found his way by Rheinard as he made a brilliant move coming out of the tight chicane in the infield section of the track where Rheinard’s car was sliding a bit. While Urbain was still increasing his gap to Rheinard and Völker, it was the battle between the Awesomatix of Marc and the Mugen Seiki of Ronald which captivated the spectators around the track for most of the time. Marc was trying to set Völker under immense pressure and Marc’s front bumper once said hello to Ronald’s rear bumper coming down the hill at the exit of the Laguna Seca section. At the end of the run, Lucas Urbain took a well-deserved win in A1 in front of Ronald Völker and Rheinard and earned a lot of applause coming down the drivers stand. Lucas needs one more win tomorrow to make it happen but as his pace was very impressive, he can have a good rest tonight. The fight between Rheinard and Völker will continue tomorrow as well and right now, nothing is finally decided. Yannic Prümper (Yokomo) and Remí Callens (Mugen Seiki) finished fourth and fifth in the first A-Main of the Matrix Modified class.
The first A-Main of the Awesomatix Pro Stock class was in the hands of Simon Lauter and his Awesomatix A800MMX. Lauter had a brilliant start and had pretty much “checked out” after the first two laps. His win never seemed to be in danger as the battle for the positions behind him had been very intense between Bultynck, Mächler, Kretschmer, and Ratheisky. In lap 6, Bultynck got a little bit out of shape entering the Laguna Seca and Max Mächler could not avoid a contact anymore. Tough racing luck for Bultynck as he dropped all the way down to eight position. Max Mächler was able to continue in second and could defend this place against Jan Ratheisky and Louis Kretschmer until the end of the race. Frederik Mikkelsen finished in fifth place ahead of local hero Jacques Libar in sixth. The second A-Main is on schedule on early Sunday morning and if you don’t want to miss the decision for the win just tune into our Sunday livestream!
Schulz continues winning and takes A1 on Saturday afternoon
The first of three Hobbywing Frontwheel A-Mains went to plan for pole sitter Stefan Schulz. He drove to an unchallenged win, and nobody was able to create pressure on him. Jacques Libar had his rear-view mirror full of Steven Olsen`s Awesomatix A800FX Evo while they were fighting for second and third position during the entire run. After five minutes, Stefan Schulz took the win with Jacques Libar, Steven Olsen, Sören Sparbier, and Torsten Baggendorf completing the top 5. Stefan Schulz is only one leg away from the overall victory now!
Schmid takes full advantage in A1 as TQ Reile struggles off the line
Dominik Reile started from the best spot on the grid – the pole position. But he had some serious trouble with his car being a little loose in the first lap. He lost his position to Kevin Schmid and Jasmin Donath and dropped back to third place. Kevin Schmid was leading the race (for the first time at the ETS), and Jasmin Donath was following in striking distance. It was a typical “no mistakes allowed” situation, and Schmid showed strong nerves until the end of the run. Reile closed up to Donath in the closing stages of the race but was not able to attack Jasmin`s car directly in front of him as there simply was no chance given from the young lady. Kevin Schmid crossed the line in first place and has a good chance for the remaining two finals on Sunday morning.
Great racing from Mateo and Stankowitz with better ending for the Spaniard in A1
Manuel Stankowitz and top qualifier Toni Mateo showed some thrilling racing in the first A-Main of the ToniSport 40+ Masters class. Toni Mateo had a “medium” start into the race and Stankowitz had to be careful to not get in touch with Mateo`s car. After that, Toni Mateo showed strong nerves and was able to hold off a hard pushing Manuel Stankowitz for the entire run. In the last lap, they went almost side by side and Mateo crossed the timing loop 0.087 seconds in front of Stankowitz. Thomas Wegmann and Joe Streff took fourth and fifth ahead of Frank Fuchs who had a strong race from 11th on the grid (bump up driver) to 5th position.
Business as usual as Ratheisky takes the first A-Main
Jan Ratheisky was in control of A1 in the Scorpion Formula class. Luka Jovicic was on almost the same pace, but Ratheisky didn`t make one single mistake while leading the race. Jovicic lost a bit of ground in the middle of the run but was able to come closer to Ratheisky in the last 30 seconds of the race again. But it was not enough for him to push Ratheisky into a driving error. Andreas Stiebler was also pushing with his Schumacher car and took third place in the first of three A-Mains. Gergö Valent and Michal Wojcik rounded out the top 5 on Saturday evening.
