Today is a special one as we are able to announce the location for the final race of ETS Season #16 2023/24. We will have our season final race at an amazing place called “Arena Nova” in Wiener Neustadt, AUT. The season finale will happen from 21. – 24. March 2024!
Due to the immense help of Sascha Klug and the 1.MRC Wiener Neustadt, the ETS is able to step into this fantastic facility for the season final. Thank you to everybody who has helped us behind the scenes to make it happen, and especially to the mayor of Wiener Neustadt who supported this project right from the start.

Information about Arena Nova

Arena Nova is a huge event complex with 4 different halls. From sport events to cultural events and fairs, Arena Nova is able to host almost every event with capacities from 100 up to 5000 spectators. The ETS will race in hall number 3 which has a size of 1.920 m² (48 x 40 m) and a foyer with another 370 m². It looks like the perfect location for RC racing and our season final will be a good one for sure.

It is still a long time to go, and the ETS in Hann. Münden (RD4) and Daun (RD5) are not even raced, but if you don`t want to miss out the great season finale of ETS Season #16 2023/24, save the date and mark it in your calendar. Our race in Daun is always the biggest highlight of the season and was more than fully booked in the last years. Get some impressions from the racing action during last year`s ETS race with more than 400 entries at the Sporthotel Grafenwald in Daun!

The fourth round of the actual ETS Season #16 2023/24 will take place in the Trans World Hotel Auefeld in Hann. Münden, GER from 16th to 19th of November 2023. It is the first indoor race of the actual season and last year`s race at the same venue was a tremendous success with over 270 entries. The ETS crew will work hard from now on to ensure another highlight of the season for you. We hope to see the same amount of interest from your side as we had last year, and maybe we can reach the mark of 300 or more entries – that would be awesome!

The registration on MyRCM is open. Be quick and place your entry to give us a first impression what we need to organize in case of tables, chairs, pit space, catering, and so on!

4-day event in Hann. Münden

The race in Hann. Münden is scheduled as a 4-day event. Sometimes we get asked for 3-day events but we have decided to make it the usual 4 days. We like to give everybody enough track- and especially practice time, which will be more difficult with a fully booked 3-day event. As we expect the same amount of entries as last year, we just don`t like to extend the very long days into midnight or cut qualifying heats down to 4 minutes. We think that we are way more flexible with the 4-day format and it also helps us with the logistics, the media team setup, and many other little things.

All drivers who can not come for practice on Thursday will get the chance to have at least 2 free practice runs on track early Friday morning before the normal schedule continues. We will control this at the driver stand to make it fair and relativeley for everybody.

Note: The accommodation tax of the city of Hann. Münden of 3.5% is not included. This tax is only levied on the accommodation fee (i.e. excluding the catering portion) and is also payable on site at the end of the stay.
