ZooRacing ZHD Drakster bodyshell

0

Body shell manufacturer ZooRacing has announced a new ZHD version of their Drakster 1:12 scale body. Zoo Racing announced the following details and reasons behind their latest product which will ba available in hobby shops very soon:

The ZHD version of the DRAKSTER goes in a direction that is rather unusual for 1:12 bodies.
The current trend is to make bodies lighter and lighter. Particularly in 1:12, this means that bodyshells – even for top drivers – often only last for one race. The amateur usually gets the short end of the stick. There are also drivers in the 1:12 range who really only see it as a hobby without ambitions of success and would rather have a durable body.
This is where we come in with our ZHD version. Made of 1.0mm thick material – and therefore really ROBUST!
Whoever wants to can now drive a cutting-edge shape – and still benefit from durability!

Blitz CAL 1:10 Tourig Car bodyshell

0

Bodyshell manufacturer BLITZ (Team Titan) presented their latest 1:10 scale touring car bodyshell (190mm) this week. The design of the body is following the actual trend. A fundamental feature of the CLA design is the air channel that’s designed to direct airflow along the center of the body – from the roof to the rear trunk. This helps to increase stability especially when traveling through high-speed sections of the track. However, in lower-speed corners, it allows the body not to bog down and thereby increasing corner speed.
In addition, the CLA’s rear wing tower moves the location more outside to align with the body tower, it will reinforce the rear wing mount and minimize flex in this critical area, especially on the light version of this body.
The CAL body design complies with IFMAR GBS rules. It has also been homologated by EFRA with the approval number EFRA 4087.
The Blitz CLA body is available in both standard 0.7mm and light weight 0.5mm versions and comes with a light decal, window mask and wing mounting screw set.

Part Numbers:
60231-07 CLA Bodyshell 0.7mm-Standard
60231-05 CLA Bodyshell 0.5mm-light
